Also, Please Note: The kits contain spacers that allow the unit to be raised, moved back, or moved left/right to avoid obstructions. The swing arm is raised above the deck, and will clear any obstruction 3.5" tall or less. Still not sure? NOTE: The Green Guard 'SLIM [HD]' Model does not clear the deck completely when fully open - due to the position of the motor. The guard will stick out about an inch. If this is a concern, you may want to go with the rubber guard option, since it is flexible, and will bend out of the way if you need to get through a tight gate or something. Or, go with a different model. All other models - the guard completely clears the deck in the fully open position.
