Also, Please Note: The kits contain spacers that allow the unit to be raised, moved back, or moved left/right to avoid obstructions. The swing arm is raised above the deck, and will clear any obstruction 3.5" tall or less. Still not sure? NOTE: The Green Guard 'SLIM [Mini]' Model may not clear the deck completely when fully open - due to the position of the motor. The guard can stick out about an inch. If this is a concern, you may want to go with the rubber guard option, since it is flexible, and will bend out of the way if you need to get through a tight gate. Or, if you have the room, the motor can be angled back to allow the guard to open further. Or, go with The Green Guard [Mini] model if you have the room. That model completely clears the deck in the fully open position.
